We collect only two categories of personal data: (a) your email address, which you provide when you create an account in the app; and (b) the photos you capture with or upload through the app. This data is collected exclusively to operate the app and provide its services.

The data collected will be used only to authenticate your account, store your photos and make them available to you and to the album members you invite, respond to your requests, and improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties, except (a) with service providers that process data on our behalf to operate
the app, all of whom are contractually required to provide the same or equivalent protection of your data as stated in this Policy; or (b) in situations provided for by law.

 

Storage and Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures compatible with the nature of the data to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your email address and photos are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete this data within 30 days, except
where retention is required by law. You may revoke your consent or delete your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app's settings.
